Textile Center’s COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate Statement:
To provide a community environment that focuses on the health and safety of all during this current phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, Textile Center will now require teaching artists, students, and volunteers who are participating in in-person activities at Textile Center to be fully vaccinated. This policy began Monday, September 13, 2021. (This includes a vaccine mandate for employees and interns.)
As defined by the CDC: “…people are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.”
Proof of vaccination may be uploaded through the secure Jotform form here. All information will be kept confidential. Read more about Jotform here.
A class participant who is not fully vaccinated will receive a full tuition refund or may use tuition to transfer into a digital class or an in-person class that takes place once fully vaccinated.
Textile Center will not require proof of vaccination for shoppers at Textile Center or those viewing exhibitions or checking books out from the Textile Center Library, but are required to wear facemasks until otherwise notified, as well as continue to practice social distancing.
Your support of these COVID-19 policies ensure that we can maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone engaged in our Textile Center programs.
