Find secondhand fiber art supplies at The Stashery!

Welcome to The Stashery — a year-round secondhand textile supplies shop inside Textile Center!

The Stashery, which opened in May 2025, provides accessible materials for artists and makers of all levels while diverting thousands of pounds of materials from landfills and incinerators.

With weekly donations of fabric, yarn, sewing machines, notions, sewing patterns, books, and more, you never know what gems you might find for your next project!

The Stashery is open:
Tuesday – Thursday, 10 am – 7 pm
Friday + Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm
Closed on Sundays and Mondays

Donations are accepted on a by-appointment basis, Tuesday – Saturday.

Drop off your donation at Textile Center, located at 3000 University Ave SE Minneapolis, MN 55414.
Max donation size: No more than the equivalent of 2 Ikea shopping bags. Have more? Visit us on another Donation Day!
Items should be contained in a non-returnable box, bin, or bag. Please do not bring loose items.
We will provide a copy of your donation receipt for your records. All donations are tax-deductible.

Look for the neon sign! Enter The Stashery through our Textile Center Shop, just right of the Shop Desk.

Volunteer at The Stashery!

Volunteers help answer questions, measure and price fabric, sort yarn or notions, and share info about Textile Center (no checkout duties required). Just bring your love for fiber art and community!

Announcing… The Stashery Craft Club!

Drumroll, please… We are excited to announce The Stashery Craft Club — a new, free, fun, fiber-focused space to make + craft in community!

Beginning Friday, September 11, we invite you to join us EVERY Friday from 12 – 2 pm to work on your fiber art projects alongside other makers. Bring your WIP, or use our stash of supplies courtesy of The Stashery.

Whether you are stitching, knitting, weaving, beading, or fabric collaging, this FREE ongoing club is open to all!
