The Stashery is now open!

We’ve transformed one of our classrooms at Textile Center into a year-round secondhand textile supplies store!

The Stashery provides accessible materials for artists and makers of all levels — especially at a time when reducing waste and caring for our environment is top of mind.

Think of this space like a mini Textile Garage Sale, with a quieter shopping experience due to its smaller scale (but don’t worry — our twice-yearly, building-wide Garage Sales aren’t going anywhere!).

Open Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm
Until 7 pm on Thursday

The Stashery is getting some press!

Volunteer at The Stashery!

Join us in staffing The Stashery — our new mini Textile Garage Sale offering discounted, sustainable materials for artists. All proceeds support Textile Center programs.

Volunteers help answer questions, measure and price fabric, sort yarn or notions, and share info about Textile Center (no checkout duties required). Just bring your love for fiber art and community!

Volunteers can also bring a donation during their volunteer shift if they would like (no additional donation sign up required; just make sure to stick to no more than 2 Ikea bags worth of goods).

New to The Stashery? Leave a note when signing up — Erin or Liz will meet with you for a brief orientation at the start of your first shift.
