And don’t forget to stop by the Fine Arts Building to view the spectacular fiber artists chosen for this State Fair’s exhibition – many are Textile Center members – and to see the winner of Textile Center’s Award for Excellence and Innovation: Deborah McCleary Foutch, Charging the Aquifer. Also in Fine Arts, check out STUDIO HERE – 12 Artists, 12 Hours, 12 Days, a special exhibition that spotlights one practicing Minnesota artist each day working from 9 am to 9 pm. Fiber artist and Jerome Fellow Kristin Hoelscher-Schacker will be participating on Friday, August 25.
