Jules Bunch
Learn the basics of wet felting and shape a seamless wool beret inspired by classic cold?weather styles! Using warm water, soap, and movement/pressure, we’ll build a sturdy felted form over a round resist, explore fiber layering for structure, and sculpt the crown for a comfortable fit. A palette of winter colors will be available, and the class is beginner?friendly and hands?on. Participant will leave with their own newly crafted wool beret ready for everyday wear.
A materials fee of $15 is due to the instructor at the beginning of class and includes all materials needed. Cash or Venmo preferred.
This class is a part of our Fiber Art for All: Tributary festivities – celebrating Minnesota waterways and the ways that water inspires and supports fiber art techniques. Learn more about our Fiber Art for All Open House celebration on Feb 19 + 20, 2027 here!
