Need a break from the holiday hustle and bustle? Slow down, get centered, and tap into your creativity through the calming rhythm of simple hand stitching. Rooted in the science of meditation, mindful stitching engages the analytical mind just enough to quiet inner chatter and allow intuitive expression to emerge. Explore basic fabric collage and running stitches. Reduce stress and discover a sense of balance, grounding, and peace as you learn to quiet the mind and allow your creative voice to emerge. All levels welcome.

$10 materials fee, payable to the instructor at the start of class, includes all materials needed to create a 5” x 5” stitched fabric collage.
