Add beauty and functionality to your bicycle rides with a handmade reed basket! Learn how to lay out the base of the basket, shape the sides with start/stop weaving, and create a sturdy rim. Incorporate decorative reed as an optional accent to your basket and learn how to attach your new creation to your bike. Then, get ready to rock the bike path this spring and summer with your handwoven basket! Basket weaving requires hand strength; however the instructor can help if this gets difficult for some students. All levels welcome.
