Members Makerspace

Calling all Textile Center Members! Are you looking for a space to work on your knitting, crocheting, macrame, stitching, weaving, or needle felting projects? Join us for a free, monthly Members Makerspace to gather in community and work on an existing fiber art project.

The Members Makerspace will take place in one of Textile Center’s classrooms and invites participants to work independently on an existing fiber art project alongside other Textile Center members.

The Members Makerspace is free; however, space is limited so registration is required.

Each participant will be allowed to use one table and chair and have access to standard classroom supplies including communal iron/ironing board and extension cords. Participants are responsible for bringing all other supplies and tools needed for their projects. The Members Makerspace is open to “dry” projects only — no dyeing, printing, or wet felting projects allowed.
