Featuring the work of students in the Fall 2023 INTERLACE: Felting class with instructor Leslie Granbeck.
In this 8-week class geared for beginners, students explored personal expression through the creative medium of felting. They learned to felt using time honored wet-felting techniques to create non-woven, structured fabrics that combine wool and other fibers, fabrics, and surface design. Texture, structure and manipulation of felted surfaces were a focus. Students designed and felted personalized projects using their new felting skills.
