It’s our 25th anniversary year, and Textile Center’s Board of Directors invites you to Global Threads, our third annual “friend-raising” breakfast set for 8—9 am Thursday, May 16, 2019.
This is a great opportunity for our members and advocates to bring new friends to Textile Center, introducing them to our world of fiber art and inspiration.
Our speaker Anupama Pasricha (an associate professor at St. Kate’s and a member of our Board since 2017) will share her global perspectives on textiles, as well as her enthusiasm for our vibrant fiber art culture that is rooted in many of the world’s textile traditions.
We ask that you RSVP (including names of your guests) by Monday, May 13, by calling 612-436-0464 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are located across the street from the Prospect Park Green Line light rail stop at 3000 University Ave SE
Parking is available in the lot directly behind Textile Center, as well as 2 doors east of our building at 3018 University Ave SE
