Applications open for 2026 McKnight Fellowships for Fiber Artists!

Fiber art is thriving in Minnesota, and the field’s recognition as a vital creative discipline is generously supported by the McKnight Foundation’s Arts & Culture program. Each year, the program awards two unrestricted $25,000 fellowships to post-emerging Minnesota fiber artists who demonstrate exceptional proficiency, sustained practice, and commitment to the field. Fellowship dates are March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027.

Applications for the 2026 McKnight Fellowships in Fiber Arts will be accepted October 1 – December 8, 2025.
