Create a sling purse using scraps of fabric and hand-stitched English (aka Mosaic) paper piecing quilting techniques! Learn strategies for basting fabrics, whip stitch, flat-back stitch, and hand appliqué to create a colorful mosaic of fabric shapes to serve as the base for your bag. Then use a sewing machine to quilt that base into a sling purse or fanny pack that fits all your summer essentials.

Materials fee is $20 and is payable to the instructor at the time of class.
