Artist Reception: Friday, January 31, 2025, 5 – 7 pm
Join us for our third collaboration with Carnegie Art Center as partners for this exhibit, featuring the work of 75 Textile Center members. Selected from over 170 works from A Common Thread, Textile Center’s 2024 annual member exhibition, these artworks collectively demonstrate depth and breadth in the practice of contemporary fiber art. Grounded in the materials and techniques of textile practices and histories, these works explore, expand, and honor the traditions of the medium.
This year’s exhibit was curated by Robin Wingo, Carnegie Art Center. Special thanks to all of our member artists for lending their work to the exhibit!
