Getting your Shop purchases
- Local Curbside Pickup:
- Free! Select “Shop: Curbside Pickup” at checkout. A staff member will contact you to coordinate a pickup time.
Shipping (US ONLY):
- $7 SHIPPING Flat Fee. Select “Ship my Shop items” at checkout. All shipping will be mailed USPS Priority (2-3 days).
Purchase didn’t work out?
- Exchange or store merchandise credit only — no returns. Wearables – within 14 days of purchase; non-wearables within 30 days of purchase. ·
- Returning items in person: Make an appointment online here or contact us about curbside options.
- If shipping back: Please contact Textile Center Shop first. Customer pays for return shipping. Please pack item with care.
- Masks, books, dyes and dye supplies, paints, trunk show items, vintage, sale/clearance items and gift certificates are not returnable.
- Items must be in resalable condition — unopened and unworn, with tags still attached.
- Store credits can be used to purchase Textile Center shop merchandise, and do not expire.
