Ivonne Yáñez

Experience the magic of making embroidered milagros! From the Spanish word meaning “miracle” or “surprise,” milagros are Mexican folk charms which symbolically represent a token of gratitude or a prayer for a particular need. Traditionally made from metals like silver or gold, in this version you’ll stitch up your own tiny miracle, with teaching artist Ivonne Yáñez as your guide, using embroidery techniques and fabric. Use your small embroidered milagro to wear or share with a loved one.

Ages 21+ , well-behaved dogs are welcome in Sociable’s Tap Room. Pre-registration is recommended, but drop-ins are welcomed to join!

*This class is located at Sociable Cider Werks, 1500 Fillmore St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Parking is available in the lot in front of their building.

We encourage participants to support Sociable and purchase a cider, seltzer, beer, or NA beverage when you come for class!
