Grow your repertoire of fiber art flower skills with macrame! Learn five basic macrame knots: Lark’s Head, Square Knot, Half Hitch, Running Lark’s Head, and Gathering Knot. Explore different ways to display macrame flowers, including as part of wall hangings, a bouquet, or a framed work of art. Leave the class with three finished macrame flowers and the skills and knowledge to recreate the flowers on your own. All levels welcome. 

Materials fee is $10, payable to the instructor at the time of class, includes all materials needed to make 3 flowers.


Instructor Bio:

Haley Harnagel (she/her) is a fiber artist located in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities. She started her adventure into fiber arts in 2019 with macramé and branched into tapestry weaving in 2020. Haley started teaching macramé and tapestry weaving in 2021 and completed a large-scale community project called Intertwining Stories: A Macro Macramé Project that focused on bringing the community together after the pandemic. lifeafteraverage.com
