Withdrawals & Tuition Transfers:
If you need to withdraw from class and you send a withdrawal request at least 5 business days before the start of your workshop, you may receive a refund (minus a $25 processing fee). Alternatively, you may transfer your full tuition to another currently listed class or convert your full tuition into a tax-deductible donation to Textile Center.
We are unable to provide a refund or make a tuition transfer if your notice of withdrawal is received less than 5 business days before the start of your workshop, except in the case of illness or health risk (please see COVID-19 tuition transfer policy below). In this case, your tuition can be converted to a tax-deductible donation to Textile Center. We will be happy to provide you with a receipt for your donation if you request one.
COVID-19 UPDATE:
Our current withdrawal and cancellation policies are in effect. However, if the refund deadline has passed and you are sick or do not want to attend class because you are concerned about health risk due to COVID-19, we would be happy to to allow you to transfer your tuition to another currently listed class. You may also convert your tuition into a tax-deductible donation to Textile Center. Please communicate any health concerns or tuition transfer requests to Chloe Russell Chang, crussell@textilecentermn.org, before the start of class. We are unable to honor any tuition transfer requests made after the start of class.
