Carole Hallman

Learn how to make felted bangle bracelets using a wet felting technique. Experiment with blending colors and fibers, using silk sari threads for accent. Students walk out of class with a set of bangles that are whisper quiet in sound, warm on your wrists, and filled with beautiful, blended color. Materials fee $12, payable to the instructor.
