Madeline Weismann is a weaver of hand-dyed wool rugs that emphasize strong color compositions and patterning. A recent diversion from weaving brought her to the world of stitching and introduced her to Bargello, making her work more portable. Weismann has a BFA in Fibers and a minor in Printmaking from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and she has taught classes in dyeing, weaving, and stitching. Her work has been exhibited at the American Craft Council, Mid Mod Men + Friends, Silverwood Park, and ArtReach in Stillwater. She is open minded about learning and thrilled to see what insight others can bring to the table. @wool.n.steel
