Vejibags create a superior way to care for fresh produce. Made from 100% organic french terry, grown by the Texas Organic Cotton Marketing Cooperative, and hand sewn by employee-owned Opportunity Threads, in Valdese, North Carolina. Just wet the bag and ring it out, rinse veggies, shake off excess water and put in Vejibag, then store in the main compartment of refridgerator and dampen as necessary. Available in three sizes, $18 – $22 each.
Impwearhome – Founded by Tracy Krauter in 1991, Impwearhome aprons and bibs are cut and sewn in Seattle from a special responsibly-sourced laminated cotton fabric. This is not your grandma’s oil cloth — it is more eco-friendly, made from a water-based urethane which is heat-set onto cotton fabric instead of using chemicals. Impwearhome fabrics are custom designed in-house. Aprons, $36. Bibs, $15
Cuppow CoffeeSock Coldbrew Filters – Made in Austin, Texas from 100% organic cotton, these reusable filters are perfect for making coldbrew coffee at home. Sized to fit up to a 64 oz mason jar. $10 each
Swedish Dishcloths – These dishcloths soften when wet, absorb 15 times their weight in water, and wash and dry easily in your washing machine. Made of 70% cellulose and 30% cotton, they are all natural and can even be composted if desired. Choose from a wide variety of motifs! $6 each.
